The location is breathtaking and perfect for surfers, with expert teachers available for classes. the staff, including the boss Tommy, were extremely helpful and kind. the cabins, although small, were cozy and had pleasant shared shower and toilet facilities. the food, especially the whale meat dish and cinnamon buns, was delicious and unique.
The shared facilities were not well-maintained and lacked privacy.

At Unstad Arctic Surf, our family had an incredible experience with a range of water sports facilities. From surfing to kayaking, there was something for everyone. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for our outdoor adventures like mountain climbing. Plus, we loved that we had the facilities all to ourselves, without having to share with other guests. It was the perfect family getaway!
My wife says that it would have been great if there were more options for younger children, like a playground or organized activities.

I chose this hotel for attending a business symposium because it provided executive lounge access, which was perfect for networking and getting work done. The facilities were comfortable and the staff were attentive. I enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the opportunity to relax after a long day of meetings.
The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated workspace in my room. It would have been convenient to have a desk where I could set up my laptop and work in privacy.

Heavenly and peaceful place :-)
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Unstad Arctic Resort and it was absolutely heavenly. The surroundings were so peaceful and serene, making it the perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The staff was incredibly friendly and service-minded, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep and the breakfast served in the morning was absolutely delicious. The beach and surroundings were simply breathtaking, and I couldn't have asked for a better location. The icing on the cake was when they took rental surf boards to Flakstad Beach for me, since the weather conditions didn't allow for surfing at Unstad. I would highly recommend Unstad Arctic Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway.
